These terms and conditions apply to participation in the paid \u2018Saudi-German Forum\u2019<\/strong> from 6 to 7 October 2025<\/strong> in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<\/strong>, organised by GLS GLOBAL LEADERSHIP SAUDI ARABIA<\/strong>, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n\n

1. Scope<\/h2>\n

These terms and conditions govern all rights and obligations between the organiser and participants in connection with registration and participation in the event.<\/p>\n\n

2. Registration & Conclusion of Contract<\/h2>\n

Registration is done via the official registration form or the organiser’s website. A binding contract is concluded upon confirmation of registration by the organiser.<\/p>\n\n

3. Participation Fees & Terms of Payment<\/h2>\n

Participation fees must be paid in full within 14 days<\/strong> of invoicing, but no later than 14 days before the start of the event<\/strong>. All fees are net and subject to any applicable taxes or duties.<\/p>\n\n

4. Cancellation & Refund<\/h2>\n

  • Cancellations up to 30 days<\/strong> before the start of the event: 80 %<\/strong> refund of the participation fee<\/li>\n
  • Cancellations up to 20 days<\/strong> before the start of the event: 50 %<\/strong> refund<\/li>\n
  • Later cancellations or no-shows: no<\/strong> refund<\/li>\n
  • Replacement participants may be named at no additional cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    5. Programme Changes<\/h2>\n

    The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, speakers and schedule for organisational or content-related reasons without giving rise to any claims for refunds.<\/p>\n\n

    6. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n

    In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, official orders), the organiser may cancel or postpone the event. In this case, fees already paid will be refunded minus unavoidable costs.<\/p>\n\n

    7. Liability<\/h2>\n

    The organiser is only liable for intent and gross negligence. No liability is accepted for damage to property or personal injury that is not attributable to the organiser.<\/p>\n\n

    8. Data Protection<\/h2>\n

    The personal data provided by participants will be used exclusively for the organisation and implementation of the event. It will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the event.<\/p>\n\n

    9. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n

    The law of the United Arab Emirates<\/strong> applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dubai, UAE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    10. Severability Clause<\/h2>\n
